Cool! So this is the big announcement that you mentioned the other day? Yup, that's it. I was just waiting for the contract to be finalized before making the announcement.

So I assume that.... (1) This takes the burden of printing and shipping off you Elf Lair Publishing's shoulders, and (2) This increases the odds of getting products like NIGHT SHIFT onto game store shelves. If so, definite win-win!

So I assume that.... (1) This takes the burden of printing and shipping off you Elf Lair Publishing's shoulders, and (2) This increases the odds of getting products like NIGHT SHIFT onto game store shelves. If so, definite win-win! 1. No. Studio 2 is just distributing. I'm still handling the printing, and will need to ship product to them which they will ship to others. For example, I'm sending them 20 books (40 lbs) to stock their store and to solicit to Amazon, and they'll keep me apprised of where their inventory stands and when they need more product. In the future I may be able to have them fulfill Kickstarters and warehouse product for me, but I'll look into that when I get into the Kickstarter for the Night Companion. It depends on what that's going to cost me. I'm definitely not using them as a publisher, so printing and production will always be on me (and really, that's the way I want it at this point). 2. Yes, it absolutely will see Night Shift available to retailers, AND will have us on Amazon, which will be a boon to those overseas looking to get hold of the game. That probably won't happen till early 2021, as there's a several-month window where they solicit to distributors before orders come in. Sadly, I make next to nothing in profit on each book sold this way, and in fact would be losing money had the Kickstarter not paid for the whole print run...the Fees from distribution are rough. BUT it's visibility and reach, and that counts for a great deal.

The game is now available for purchase through Studio 2's website. It's currently being solicited for distribution so hopefully around January it'll start showing up in game stores.
