Okay, so it's based on Castles & Crusades and not OD&D, but it's still neat. Go Fer Yer Gun is an inexpensive set of rules (PDF format only -- no printed version that I know of) for Wild West role playing. It was written by a guy who posts a lot on DF and I think he did a great job. GFYG is class-based and as such is easy to convert over to OD&D. I thought that since Doc had started a thread on OD&D Wild West, and since GFYG was mentioned there, that I should give a link as to where to find it.

Good call. I bought this one too, and it is well done. I haven't actually played though, as is the case with too many good games I find online and like.

I like GFYG a lot. I wish that SimonW (or anyone else) would do more C&C supplements for various topics. I think that I'd rather have a bunch of smaller booklets than one big something.

GFYG! is now available in print from here stores.lulu.com/store.php?fAcctID=1016378. I have another game - Medieval Mysteries that uses a similar system (but also incorporates skills). I'm finally getting back to work on my English Civil War RPG originally called Roundheads & Cavaliers, but now retitled Divided by the Sword. I am looking at several other projects utilizing the same system: A "Hornbloweresque" naval rpg and one set in the British Empire in the 19th C. I also have a WW2 one on the back-burner. Simon -- nice to hear from you. Both Go Fer Yer Gun and Medieval Mysteries are great, and it's nice to see C&C-style supplements like these! I'm looking forward to your new materials.
