I particularly like the stuff with Biggs in it. In the original novelization, Biggs provides some background for Luke and you feel something when Biggs gets killed in the Death Star battle. In the movie it's more of, "hey a new character … oops, lost him" and the drama is zero. As to "stormtrooper search" it always seemed funny that the stormtroopers checked doors and ignored any which were locked. As if a fugitive wouldn't go in somewhere and then lock the door behind him.

Yeah, these are all included on the Star Wars Saga Edition blu ray set they put out a number of years ago. Great stuff. I'm particularly a fan of the comedic Wampa raids on the Hoth base, and of Luke building his green lightsaber.

Deleted scene from The Last Jedi: Rey: Kylo Ren said you tried to kill him! Luke (out loud): I sensed a darkness in him. Luke (thinking to himself): How can I tell anyone my nephew is a Brony?

Here's a question: why don't they put the darned deleted scenes into the movie so you can watch them all together? It's really annoying to watch a movie, then see at the end some scenes that could have been reinserted into the proper chronology to make the movie flow better. Ugh.

I don't suppose you're Superman fan. You could have just that.
