With my four part weblog series on the subtitle of D&D complete, I can now move on to reflect on some of the things that will help us make sense of the supertitle itself: Dungeons & Dragons! This is my first post in a short two-post weblog series: campaigns-playable.blogspot.com/2020/07/scale-role-play-and-dungeons-dragons.htmlThis post focuses on how scale, particularly the move to skirmish level play, helped to lead to the unique phenomena that got the published name we all now know and love. Fight on!

What a perfectly OSR idea; to "fix" a lame-a$$ old module. I have several JG adventures that I wrote off decades ago, but are still taking space in the top of the closet. Maybe, I should give them a second look next time I want something to do. Will you run F'dech Fo's Tomb for a group, do you think? The last paragraph of your post is spot on. And, yes, that cover IS totally metal. I'd buy it.

Will you run F'dech Fo's Tomb for a group, do you think? I'm running it for a once-a-month Monday night Zoom campaign right now. They have gone into the Tomb once. They are healing up and spelling up right now, at camp, before heading back in. They had a bit of a run in with the "super" wights in the equipment room. I should circle back and post on how it went when they complete this little scenario. If I like the results, I could run it, again, as a stand-alone, I suppose. Thanks for asking.
