Hi Simon and fellow-travellers ... can someone briefly explain what all these "X games" are? I assume they are mechanically the same, are they like BoL or d20 like Go Fer Your Gun and those, or something else?

As I view it, Simon's Go For Your Gun and Tombs & Terrors games derive from Castles & Crusades. His Sabres & Witchery and Blood & Bullets titles derive from Swords & Wizardry Whitebox. The new X-series items derive from Swords & Wizardry Light, with appropriate tailoring for the respective genres (superheroes, spies, horror, pirates, etc.).
