Hey Vile! I read and was very pleased with your version of elves for Blueholme but I'm also curious how halflings will fare under the Cpmpleat Rules set? Will they still be a class by race such as in the Prentince Rules or will they be allowed other classes such as thief or multiclassed fighter/ thieves? Will they have certain advantages to their thief abilities such as Hiding In Shadows etc. Thanks in advance! Cheers

Compleat basically allows referees to permit their players to play any race they like with any class they want. The rules turned out to be pretty simple (unexpectedly), basically because of how, erm, basic even the Compleat the rules are! ;-) Although Prentice does restrict class based on race, there is no mechanical restriction if the referee wants to allow them to be thieves, magic-users or clerics - or even multi-classing. It's as simple as the referee and the players agreeing on it. The main difference with Compleat is that there's a whole lot more classes and a whole lot more races - dreenoi witch, anyone?

Hey there! Thanks for the reply my friend. Sounds good to me! A drunken Centaur crashing through the floor of the Green Dragon Inn sounds like fun! A Stone Giant bartender/ bouncer behind the bar to throw the intoxicated Centaur out of said Inn even more fun in fact! Cheers
