Well, well, look what plopped into my letter box. Actually, it probably didn't plop as such because it was kind of sticking out of the front. Physically I'm very happy with it, but the cover turned out darker than I wanted. I believe I'll have one more try, this time saddle-stitched and in a lighter shade of blue. Hard copies of the Maze of Nuromen won't be far behind, xerxes.

It looks fantastic!
Saddle stiched for me please... Perfect bound are too prone to fall apart with frequent reference.

I'll make both versions available, but probably not hardcover.

Saddle stitched version bought and paid for!
Incidentally, the total price including shipping came in at $16.77 AUD which is VERY reasonable indeed!
Now the hard part. The waiting...

Vile
I ordered a copy and have been going over it the last few days. It's very well done, man. I will be positing some reviews. Good job. Very clean and concise, very user friendly. Interested in any retailers looking at carrying it? I've seen similar self published games on the shelves there at our local game shop.
Good work and good editing. Can't wait to see the other Blueholme products.

Thanks, xerxes! I hope the new Maze ofNuromen will turn out as well - but please don't order one of those, remember you'll be getting your complimentary author copies.

My stapled version of the rules arrived today. It's a thing of beauty. The staples themselves seem to be made of thick titanium. No way these babies are breakin'. Pages, crisp and white, cover striking. Love it. I'll post some photos tonight.

And my copy came today. A very handsome physical product, and a big +1 on the choice of a readable type size!

Mine arrived last week Vile. Looks amazing and my son loved the art on the cover and inside and even read some of the first few pages.

Mine arrived last week Vile. Looks amazing and my son loved the art on the cover and inside and even read some of the first few pages. That's what I like to hear! I just got rid of two hard copies to the offspring of some of my wife's friends who dropped by. The boy is 12 and once he started reading* his sister, aged 10, had to have a copy, too. Of course she promised to wait two years before reading it, on account of the notice on the cover. *He was still reading it by the time they got home. I hope I'm not in hot water with his parents and, by extension, my wife!

So awesome looking. And six bucks for saddle-stitched. That's a heck of a buy. Buuutt I'm so broke right now I can't even justify that (for something fun and not a "need" whatever that is) . Perhaps in a few weeks. Until then I'll just sit here and be jealous. Besides, I'm not getting anything from Lulu if the coupon code I just found for 15% off on Retailmenot (GETIT15) isn't going to work. ("The code you entered is not valid." Really? Then my business won't be either.)

Just ordered mine! Have the PDF but I always want a hard copy. Just Old School I guess. Love the system and it is true to Holmes! Thanks Vile!!! Can't wait to get mine! Boinger and Zereth ride again! Cheers

I'd love to include Boinger and Zereth in there somewhere (maybe in a future adventure), but I'd have to get permission from the Holmes estate - and I don't know whom to contact. Anyone have any ideas?

Hey Vile! Just wondering if the Compleat Rules was still in the works and if it will include rules for demihuman thieves? I just saw the world map and it rocks!!! Is that Porttown in the upper right/ northeast corner of the map? Also will the Isle of Dagon be included on the map? Love the rules set and I can't wait to get my hard copy. Take good care and thanks again for all your hard work! Cheers

Yes, the Compleat Rules are still in the works - or, more correctly, in the queue. Hopefully the Necropolist of Nuromen will be out soon, then I'll try to be a bit quicker about the next two adventures in the Forbidden Mazes of the Jennerak Trilogy, then I promise not to do anything until I get Compleat done.
