"If you are willing to go down again," William says, "have a look around and see what other exits this chamber might have. Or, indeed, if there happens to be a burned, dead dragon down there."
Asta shakes his head. "I am definitely not going down there with a light. I might as well paint a bullseye on my head for that dragon!"
The elf dries himself off as best he can and begins to put his armor back on.
"I'm starting to think that the coin I'm pulling up is not worth the risk of going back down there. Unless one of you lads is braver than me, we should push that sarcophagus back in place and continue our exploration."
"We're not going to get anywhere without some light down there." says Kell.
"Does anybody have a mirror?" Kell asks, "If we have, then let's lower a lighted torch down the hole, but not all the way to the water, then on a second rope, somebody could go down part of the way and look around with the mirror without exposing themselves to the dragon's acid breath."
Kell says, "If we're going to do anything, I think we need to do it sooner rather than later. Use the magic and then let's get the treasure or close it up and leave, but let's do it now before something else attacks us here."
Asta says, "If we're all going down there, we need a plan. Who's collecting treasure, who's hauling it up, and who's standing guard up top? I think our toughest fighters should be down below, in case the dragon comes back. I am willing either to stand guard or help haul up the treasure."
Asta will add, "If you fellows think that Haste is worthwhile here, I'll cast it. Either you gather coin faster or attack the dragon faster, sounds like a win-win."
Asta says, "I think Kell, William, Patronus, Jariel, and Flandil should go down. They are the ones most likely to survive against the dragon, should it return. Einarr, Zaleeg, Aescan, and myself will guard the room up top, while the henchmen work the ropes and haul up the treasure."
Asta will pull out his scroll of Haste. "Anyone that wants to be hasted should gather 'round now."
OOC: I'm at work and don't have my copy of the 3LBBs in front of me. Is there any limit to the number of people upon which I can cast Haste?
