Red or otherwise, you must chop down this tree, with this herring!

Okay, I've given my free module series a lot of thought and reached some conclusions. In light of this rethinking, I've decided to edit my existing module Something Rotten in Riverton to be fully compatible with the OD&D rules set. In my opinion this will increase the appeal of my work to all gamers using pre-1983 D&D rulebooks. Even though I make nothing off my work I still want the warm fuzzy that goes with getting my product out there. For the time being, the latest revision of Something Rotten in Riverton will be available at my dropbox. I think I have the thing formatted for print-on-demand and will be submitting it to Lulu. Once I have that worked out the free PDF and "at cost" POD will be available there.

(other than the nomenclature?)

Actually, pretty much nothing at all! I believe "ring of protection +1" was the only change I made to the text.
I did change the font to Helvetica, which doesn't look as good on screen as Arial but looks much cleaner in print. I also altered the title fonts to make quite certain nothing looked even vaguely like the trade dress of any major corporation's IP. And, naturally, I included disclaimers on both the front cover and frontispiece the module was not official, or endorsed by, etc ...
Edit: No, it was the ring of resistance to fire that I changed to ring of fire resistance.

I, being a noob, just found this mod.. and sweet it is. I will pick it up with one of my lulu PoD orders (ah the joys of lulu, they print in the same hemisphere!)
See you on G+
