I am totally digging this game in many many respects.
I have a doubt with counterspelling: does the sorcery need to "waste" a spell to counter another? Or can he counter enemy spells indefinetely?
Also, do warriors never get a chance to interrupt a spell by hitting the caster before the spell is released?

Sorry Zulgyan, I didn't get the post nor your message.
The quick answer is Yes and Yes.
The counterspell is rougly based on Chainmail and the classical view of sorcer's duel, so it may be used every round. And the fighter can interupt the spell, like would Conan do. There's no problem that couldn't be solved by a good steel sword.
There's a second edition of E&S in French, which adds spells, monsters, options, scenarios and the thief class.

Hey Snorri, I downloaded the English version again yesterday and gave it another read last night. As always - great work!

[Insert necromancy joke here]
Dash it all if I didn't just find out the Nicolas wrote a 2nd edition...published two years ago! So, dear M. Snorri, where's our English translation? I mean, you know the old joke: "What do you call someone who speaks two languages (Bilingual)? And what do you call someone who speaks only one language (American)?"
