It is officially "Third Print Edition" of WB.

What is the date the 3rd printing PDFs will be available? I'd like to print up some booklets for my little cousins and give them to them along with their Christmas gifts. I ran a short game for them on Thanksgiving, and I'm very excited to see what those little minds come up with if they had a system like White Box in their hands. I don't really see any issue just giving them the 2nd printing version, but if 3rd will be available, I'd like to give them the latest and greatest.

I'd have to check with John, but I don't think the content has changed since 2nd printing. The old PDF should be the same. The 3rd printing is just another print run of the actual box and booklets.

3rd print edition includes errata and a few minor clarifications.

I believe they changed saving throws a bit. I saw the change log somewhere online....

I have copies of the earlier printing of the boxed set. Is there anything that would cause me to want to spend my money again for a new one? (I can't decide if I want to keep buying the same thing over and over each time John tweaks it a little. On one hand I'd like to have a "complete" set, but on the other hand it's essentially the same game.)

Right now, those two modules are just basically text with a map, but I will be releasing them with art and and a proper cover and such in a few weeks.

My wife informed me that my Whitebox has arrived in the mail. But, she's put it up for my little boy to give to me for Christmas.

I've waited a year, so another 10 days shouldn't be too hard.
