There have been a number of magazine articles and modules released for Boot Hill over the years, and I thought I would post the list I have compiled at the moment. I have placed things in chronological order as best as I can, but often modules only quote a year whereas magazines give a month and year.
Here's the list:
Let Your Town Have A Purpose, or, How to Design a Town In Boot Hill (Mike Crane, 1978) - Dragon magazine article (August, 1978)
Birth Tables (Stephen Blair, 1978) - Dragon magazine article (September, 1978)
Six Guns & Sorcery section of the DMG (Gygax?, 1979) - Conversion of AD&D 1E to Boot Hill - Entire book credited to Gary Gygax - PHB publication of May, 1979 predates Dragon magazine article of similar name.
Six Guns & Sorcery (Allen Hammack, 1979) - Dragon magazine article (August, 1979) - PHB publication of May, 1979 predates Dragon magazine article of similar name.
Cash & Carry for Cowboys (Glenn Rahmann, 1981) - Dragon magazine article (October, 1981)
Shootout in Northfield (Tom Moldvay, 1981) - Mini-module to accompany the Referee’s Screen
BH1 Mad Mesa (Jerry Epperson & Tom Moldvay, 1981)
BH2 Lost Conquistador Mine (David Cook & Tom Moldvay, 1982)
BH3 Ballots and Bullets (David James Ritchie, 1982)
The Taming of Brimstone (Donald Mumma, 1983) - Dragon magazine module (March, 1983) - 7 pages of text, plus cover page, plus map insert
BH4 Burned Brush Wells (Jeff Grubb with Allen Hammack and Brian Blume, 1983)
BH5 Range War! (Philip Taterczynski, 1984)
As always, any corrections or additions would be welcome.

White Dwarf number 16 has a set of encounter tables for Boot Hill. That's the only non-SR/Dragon article for the game that I can confirm exists.

There are some other articles in the earlier Polyhedrons. Issue #7 has a Boot Hill cover.

Yeah I only have a small number of them, mostly in the 30-40s range so I would not be surprised if there were more.

There are some other articles in the earlier Polyhedrons. Issue #7 has a Boot Hill cover. Do you know what the content was about? 1. The cover has a guy who looks sort of like a Gandalf-type in a cowboy hat. Next to him is a guy who must be a dwarf. They are warming themselves by a campfire. There is a treasure chest in the background. 2. The "content" in question appers to be a single-page article called "Ranch Encounters" by Bill Fawcett. It contains a couple of percentile-roll tables. One is an encounter table, one is a "likelihood of a job being open" table, then there is a "type of job" table, and last a "skill needed / pay" reference (no roll here). Attachments:

Definitely worth reading over, could be quite useful in light of my recent thread about the movie Open range.

Maybe this is the place to put it, and I'm sorry if it's not.
But I had a question about new modules for Boot Hill. I know that the rights of Gangbusters reverted to Rick Krebs and he mentioned his approval of the idea of people coming up with new modules for the game. I think that would be incredible. Of course I haven't seen any yet, but it would be great if it happened. I love the idea.
I was just wondering if it was possible to do the same thing with Boot Hill? I would definitely enjoy some new modules for the game. At this point I would be happy to have them for any edition.
