Hi guys. One of the few things that keeps me reluctantly tied to Facebook these days are the RPG and crafting communities I enjoy there. One of these communities is a group called RPG Map Creations and if you are on Facebook I can highly recommend it as a community, both as to content and decorum, like this one! Today I stumbled across one community member's maps and was quite blown away by his work on behalf of his players. As you can see from the map here, he is very talented. I asked him if I could share his work on my blog and he kindly agreed. He is working on a published adventure for Drive Thru RPG but he permitted his current (and a few old) gaming maps to be displayed at my blog and there are quite a few. They are mostly post apocalyptic in nature but there are a number of fantasy maps suitable for D&D as well. Please check them out at the Maze blog! Enjoy! Yeah, really neat! Wish I had that kind of patience when I'm drawing maps!

Yeah, really neat! Wish I had that kind of patience when I'm drawing maps! The maps on the website are also impressive; great use of water. To have even one map so visceral that it galvanizes the DM toward his end of the table - It's a welcome and needed treat.

Those are awesome. That guy has talent for sure, has he posted any of the accompanying adventures to the maps?

Those are awesome. That guy has talent for sure, has he posted any of the accompanying adventures to the maps? No, alas! He is running a Heroes post apoc campaign, but he said most are very rough scribbled notes he doesn't feel worth sharing. I'll bet he would be open to someone writing such though!

I bet it’d be easy for him or him plus another person to write it out into a full on adventure, but hell I’d settle just for the sloppy notes.

I love the mall and the Wal Mart Super Store. Could have some fun there! Ever see Night of the Comet, the mall scenes?
