I haven’t been around much here lately (shame on me), but I’ve been very productive gaming wise.
As I’ve mentioned before - long ago - I run a mini convention for old school gaming called Grottröj. It’s a one-day event that takes anywhere from 25-50 participants four times a year. In February we’re set to run it for the 25th time. The majority of games played are OSR clones, but OD&D, Traveller, AD&D, and others - even Monsters! Monsters! - have made appearances through the years.
Because I enjoy writing adventures more than I enjoy reading them I tend to write a new adventure almost every Grottröj. It’s been a bunch by now. I feel like it’s time to let the world see a few of them and raise some money for the con at the same time.
Enter Grottröj presents: a series of adventures chosen from the heap I’ve produced in the last couple of years. I pick the adventures that I and players have enjoyed the most, and I’ll try to have varied themes and executions.
So far it’s two adventures (print only, but I’ll put pdfs up later this week). I hope you’ll find them as quirky and enjoyable as we have!
