A new edition is supposedly "coming soon" from Chessex ... but it's been so since at least 2003!
Meanwhile, the classic board/card game is not in print at all. I think the rights might revert to designer (and original publisher) Tom Jolly at the end of this year.
A good site for fans is wizwar.com.

Wiz-war is a quick and fun game. A new player can understand it quickly and there is still room for folks to learn strategy and tactics to get better at the game.

I like Wiz-War and I've owned my copy for about 10 years. But I have to say, when I see an auction like this, it makes me wonder if I would be better served taking my $60+. Of course with my luck I'd get a lot less.
