I thought the first two episodes were very strong, the third was disappointing, and the fourth episode was pretty good. I haven't watched it past that. Episode by episode, which were the best?

Seriously, this goes on like a real-life version of Disney's Gummibears for the entirety of its run. Lighthearted, giddy, and with a surprising stellar supporting cast. Not to sound all to boisterous about this, but this series reminds me of a time when TV was more casual, and when not every TV series was welcomed as some sort of social happening. Haven't laughed like this while I was alone in front of the TV, for quite a while.

My wife and I watch this together. It is hilarious and the songs sound like they were written by Tom Lehrer.

I watch it with my wife as well. Great stuff, reminds me a bit of the old Wizards and Warriors TV show. I agree the episodes were spotty, but I'm glad I watched the whole series. I'll be watching it when it comes back. Gareth is probably the best character, fun to watch and fighter through and through! Be well, --Ron--

...So, gentlemen, I am a broad, if not big, guy. And I went to the gym yesterday.
There were some heavy dudes there despite the early hour, sporting shaved heads, black shirts with skulls, and also many colorful tattoos... And, to be frank, being a slight bit crosseyed. - Just like me.
And as I went there, and put weight on the bars, our gazes met, and locked, the way men of the same heart quietly greet each other, at 6 AM in the morning, at the gym, on a Sunday.
I looked at their tattos, they looked at mine. I checked their shaved heads, they checked mine. We looked at each other's shirt, and at that message-carrying imprint of Gothic barf that says "I am a vile, roguish man, and don't mess with me". And so we looked at each other, and nodded, in silent acceptance and respect, and went on with our workouts, roguish, manly men that we are.
...And I couldn't help but wonder, where the other guys aware of what my soundtrack to our scene was, all along?!

Seriously, I love this show. Just relaxing, innocent entertainment, and appropriately goofy. I think it's one of the flaws of the Zeitgeist that fantasy cannot be funny any more. We are the generation that turned the Hobbit into the Dark Souls video games, mind you.- And that series, bringing all good things back that I like about fantasy. Including stressed out jesters!
