3rd floor and up is roof, so unless people are under a powerful illusion, I think just a couple of lookouts. Call them a fire watch station in opposite corners; if we have our own bucket brigade, we could be of service to the city -- good for PR. (Wish I'd thought of that sooner, really.)
Also I want a strong-ish force (Possibly under Sean or Jorman) in the basement itself; the spider priests used underground passages. I'm not totally certain we're not a stop on that subway line.
Other than that, I think we're about ready.
Now, to memorize spells. (Actually, I don't need to, right? My spells come when I need them and I just have a certain number per day, isn't that it? It's been a while...)

Oh but to answer your specific question: the armor was rigged such that if it was moved, flour would fall down and coat an invisible assailant. So it would help to know if there is a flour-coated stalker in the room now that everyone can see or not.
