Dream Stalker unleashes the insane power of the glitter bazooka. [1d]4 cannibals must save vs. wands [target 13: 5, 12, 15, 17] and 2 of them are driven insane.
Rolling on the Insanity table from 1st edition AD&D DMG p. 83: homicidal mania and shizophrenia. It will be interesting to see how that plays out in future rounds; the immediate effect is that they break formation, diverting 1d=3 additional cannibals from the charge. A total of 69-1 leader-2 insane-3 distracted = 63 cannibals in the charge!
Cannibal: Cannibals fight as 2nd level Fighting-Men, armed with pikes and morningstars. They have Plate armor and 2 Hit Dice. They have -1 morale due to embarrassment of their leader. Alignment is Neutral: they have no agenda with the Great Old Ones; their only god is hunger!
So Andre's breath weapon cloudkills 45 hp of 2hd cannibals. Did I mention these disciplined maneaters have d12 hit dice? Additionally, there is dense fog and no wind whatsoever, so the poison gas cloud hangs in the air, creating a barrier to 2d=12 of the charging cannibals!

Of the 48 there are 46 with one kill (Breath) and one leg wound. These cannibals are hungry and disciplined troops who look like they know how to stick their pikes into the tender parts of a dinosaur.
Gunnery's squad of orange men is panicked and leaderless! Minion's squad of bone men is panicked and leaderless! Fated's 5 ulfire men can squeeze off a barrel or two of howdah-pistol slugs, or equivalent action, if their leader so commands?

45 armored foot cannibals wielding pikes charge the party! They are not intimidated by the dinosaurs at all and concentrate their attacks on the two barded brontosauruses: Junior on the one side and Little Brother on the other.
The cannibals have 2hd so they attack as 90 men. Armored Foot vs. Heavy Horse gets 1 die per 3 men, so they roll 30 dice and hit on a roll of 6. Additionally they get 1 die per man for their pikes for a total of 45d6:
Little Brother is hit 3 times for 3d8=12 and clings to life with 1hp! Junior takes a grievous 9 hits 9d12=66 and is a pincushion of pikes at -41hp... Junior is slain and his riders thrown to the ground!

Breath, BB, and DM group together, and attempt to retreat back from the charge. They'll attack with their Glaives if attacked.
DS fires the glitter bazooka again, and SS fires the howdah gun again (Assuming Princess is still back away from immediate danger?).

Big Mama, furious at her slain child, rushes into the mass of cannibals and begins stomping and whipping her tail. Minion orders his bone men to fire howdah guns if available, otherwise to form a defensive line around Big Daddy.
Gunnery, atop Big Daddy, let's loose with a blast from the radio beam turret and orders his men to fire their howdah's if available, or to stand ready with Minion's Men if not.
