Meanwhile on deck of the Bagel, Gunnery observes a series of shutters flick open on the escape-barrel, revealing a half-dozen portholes. A dazed fish-face presses against the glass and stares at him in confusion...
Breath fires upon the armored Deep One with her pulse rifle. She ignores the potential for collateral damage.
Breath rolls 5, 4--two terrible, terrible shots--and causes 2 "collateral damage" for 2, 3hp to [1d6: 1=the sub controls 2=the escape pod docking collar 3=the torpedo deck 4-6=friendly fire] and the shots ricochet and kill 2 of the freed prisoners (just 1 left).
Like Breath beside him, Minion fires, discharging electric neon death at the armoured deep one!
Polearm vs. plate needs a 9 and Minion rolls 8, 9,9! dealing 2d8=10hp which drops the armored deep one to 2hp in a blaze of neon light! (Poor fishy only got to roll 4d4 hit points because of the crazy dice...)

Would either Fated or Shade like to finish off the badly wounded armored deep one? (Armored Foot Anti-Hero, 4HD, 2hp, 18 Str, turtle armor & 2 hand axes)
During Fated to Die's searching of the sub, he's come to the conclusion it was built for humans, not deep ones. The style is baroque, private (not military) sector, an elegant relic of a bygone era. Perhaps it was a gentleman's yacht, for world travel, business, recreational diving and fishing, entertaining, amateur scientific hobbies (navigation, cartography, radio, marine biology, etc.), and so forth. Unfortunately the deep ones have stripped the submersible of most of her original amenities and charm.
Shade will try (but maybe both should, just in case).
Shade rolls 3+1 dice vs. armored foot: 2, 6, 4. He hits the armored deep one for 1d4=4hp, killing the Anti-Hero! (please narrate)
Fated arrives too late to contribute to the violence, but just in time to see the launch sequence initiate on the spherical escape pod with the robed deep one inside. Will Fated attempt to override the escape sequence, or allow the deep one to escape?
The sub is not yours yet! There are loud clanging noises from the torpedo deck above, accessed via a ladder here in the bridge.

The Shade of the Evermore uses his bone spear to sweep the legs...
"Sweep the legs." "But sensei, I'll be disqualified!" "SWEEP the legs!"
... Knocking him prone. He moves up to the head of the deep one, using his tentacles to pin its arms down. Then he places the tip of his bone spear at the throat of the deep one and impales him with a swift thrust of the weapon.

Minion considers which is the greater threat, deep ones above, or the robed one below. Is the hatch to the escape pod fused and unable to be opened? If so, he heads up the ladder toward the torpedo deck.
