Unfortunately, I simply ran out of time to get most of the minis, including the skiff, finished up in time for GaryCon IV. But there's always another con down the road...

Is that awesome battlemat a unique custom piece, or are they for sale anywhere?

The battlemat was a custom design by Peter Fitzpatrick, ritt. He's not doing more, because it was apparently a big pain to draw the grid on it. You could, however, check into this source to get relatively cheap, customized Barsoom-like battlemats:

I haven't used the service at Joe Bloch described, but it looks pretty good from what I can see.
