The battlemat was a custom design by Peter Fitzpatrick, ritt. He's not doing more, because it was apparently a big pain to draw the grid on it. You could, however, check into this source to get relatively cheap, customized Barsoom-like battlemats: http://greyhawkgrognard.blogspot.com/2012/07/banners-on-cheap.html
I haven't used the service at Joe Bloch described, but it looks pretty good from what I can see.
