Unfortunately, I simply ran out of time to get most of the minis, including the skiff, finished up in time for GaryCon IV. But there's always another con down the road... ;)

This is incredible! Looks like great fun.

Is that awesome battlemat a unique custom piece, or are they for sale anywhere?

The battlemat was a custom design by Peter Fitzpatrick, ritt. He's not doing more, because it was apparently a big pain to draw the grid on it. You could, however, check into this source to get relatively cheap, customized Barsoom-like battlemats:

I haven't used the service at Joe Bloch described, but it looks pretty good from what I can see.
