OK, you are back in room 5 with the goblin statue. For those who have never been there,Quote: You seem to be in an octagonal shaped room, and this figure turns out to be an 8' tall statue of a goblin(?) with a sword raised in one hand, and an outstretched platter in the other

Flandil does not wish to partake of any 'blessings' given out by a goblin, and waits patiently, thinking about the luxuries to be had in Verbosh.

Part of me really wants to go to the right, to see if it connects up to where we've been. But I'll go with the party decision.

It was a matter of placing gold on the platter was it not?

Kell, never having been here before says, "What is this thing here?" pointing at the statue of the goblin. Once it is explained to him he'll say while scratching his beard, "Sounds like a good use of a hundred pieces of gold, but that was on you humans. I wonder how will it would work on a dwarf like me?" "There's no love lost between the greenies and us rockheads you know." Kell hocks up a wad of phlegm and spits it on the floor.

Jariel is an elf... And has heard bad stories about trying luck on things like this more than once, so he will not partake this time. Frank

Caller hat on Last call for trying your luck with the statue. If no one wants to do that, we will head East unless anyone has any different ideas. Makofan, if no one responds with a different idea by Wednesday, let's head East.

You head east, and the corridor widens out to dirty marble steps descending deep into the gloom...

Sorry, I was busy for a few days. Yhency definitely puts 100 gold onto the statue's platter.

I say we continue to explore this level before descending. Shall we try the North passage?
