Highbough keeps 6gp/6sp/6cp pocket change and donates the rest to the "Save the Meatshields!" fund. (And for some groceries... but he will not deal with the goblin servants directly.)
[OOC a holy quest sounds fun, but Highbough would probably never go for it in-character...]
Desmond offers up the 7gp he has towards the cause, as well as a pledge to help come up with whatever the difference is after everyone chips in what they can/will.
As Mondes starts to protest, Desmond stomps on his right instep with his left foot and quietly hisses, "Shut up, noggin. It's us what got him there in the first place..."
Whether that is fully or only partially true, Desmond feels partially responsible for some of what happened down in the tomb.

Dorgan speaks up at the sight of Wibert's money being added to the group's funds.
"Ain't right ta spend someone's money after he's dead. At least not until we tried to find his kin. Truly, we don't even know he's dead fer sure."
The dwarf stops to scratch his chin under his beard.
"Anyone know where he hailed from? We should try to see if he got family 'fore we take what's rightfully his."
On the subject of raising money for Olaf - "I'm with the rest of ya as far as payin' fer the Mother Superior but we should consider what the Miss said about doing a good deed in return. Save us some coin and mebbe make some friends in this town what don't like them gobbos."
On the subject of what to do next - "As for me, I'm ready to go downstairs right now. Don't matter none if it's day 'o night when yer underground. Let's kill that critter and do some more explorin'."
On the subject of raising money for Olaf - "I'm with the rest of ya as far as payin' fer the Mother Superior but we should consider what the Miss said about doing a good deed in return. Save us some coin and mebbe make some friends in this town what don't like them gobbos."
"My first concern is speed. What if his wounds or his condition worsens? Could they kill him? How much time do we have to try and get him better? I think we should do what it takes to get him well now. We can worry about the deads' kin later."
Desmond pokes at a gouge in the table for a moment and then continues, "Plus... our track record for getting things done hasn't been so great lately. We're always runnin' away from things, grabbing what coin we can, instead of finishing what we set out to do. I'm afraid we'll get a mission to accomplish and then not get it done in time." He looks around and shrugs. "What? It's a legitimate concern. We're not very good at sticking to the plan."

'Tis a motley crew, indeed.
As for where Wibert hailed from, that is uncertain. As some of you recall, you came across Wibert during the action against Saxxon's Men when fleeing the Ogres' keep. Saxxon's gang, including Wibert (and the mysterious Dwarf, Niddhog), ambushed you as you entered the canyon floor via the keep's back door. Wibert and Niddhog "changed sides" at a most opportune moment and helped you defeat their former fellows.
He never mentioned any relatives, or a home, that any of you recall.

Sister Margarette is of the opinion that Olaf is in a relatively stable condition, and is unlikely to worsen so long as he continues to get care and rest.
She doesn't advise him heading off on any foolish adventures... those are inherently dangerous.

"I am, for my part, with Dorgan", says Gustave, speaking up from the doorway after a long pause of consideration.
"Perhaps we can come to some arrangement with the...holy...persons...to see to our man with some partial contribution in cash, while we also pledge ourselves to serve them a task when he is healed? Alas I am not well versed in the ways of the church..es...so I would leave such negotiations to your more than able self Josiane." he finishes with a gracious nod.
"As for this matter of 'cleaning' our basement, my blade is ready when you are, my good dwarf", he says, drawing the weapon for emphasis.
All matters thus concluded, he sits himself in a chair and ponders the sharpness of the blade with a careful thumb.
When he gets a chance, the dwarf will walk over to Josiane and hand her the silver* he has remaining after buying a shield and some lunch. "Remember the tobacco we found in the warehouse? I sold it to Gustave, and I'll get ya yer fair share of it.
Josiane beams a radiant smile of gratitude at her dwarven ally.
"Truly it is said that the dwarves are the truest of friends! My thanks to you, good Dorgan!"
"But I think there is one amongst us who needs this more than I," she adds quietly, and imediately adds whatever silver she has gained to the fund for Olaf's restoration.
"I'm willing to explore the idea of doing a service," Dieter says. "What sort of thing do you think she'd have in mind?"
"I know not," says Josiane; "But we can at least rest assured that the cause will be a noble one."
She is looking rather excited and more than a little nervous at the prospect of meeting the Mother Superior - a most holy and exhalted woman she doubts not!
"And hopefully not too much like the last one,"she thinks to herself silently...

There's no knowing what quest the Mother Superior might bequeath -- or even if she will consider doing so at all. The Cloister is not known for its tolerance of violence, nor its association with sell swords or others of "dubious" trustworthiness.
In any event, the Mother Superior is an aged woman with many responsibilities. She shall not be summoned lightly, nor briskly.
The main options at this point seem to be;
1) Hunker down to some afternoon tea and await the Mother Superior, 2) Investigate the basement, 3) Something completely different.

The goblin house-staff bring in afternoon tea comprising tea and sweet cakes with fresh cream and jam while the matter of what to do with the afternoon is discussed.
The lovely Sister Margarette continues to tend to Olaf's every need, and regardless of whether or not her attention is genuinely merited, the young warrior enjoys it greatly.
In all, it seems [judging by the chatter on the OOC thread] that the consensus is to await the Mother Superior and see what happens next.
Therefore... let us skip assume the remainder of the afternoon is consumed with such banter, and the discussion of such stores and supplies will be required for whatever venture might be undertaken next.
