Issue #9 of Fight On! will be dedicated to Paul Jaquays, one of the greatest dungeon designers of all time, and also a bang-up fantasist and artist more generally. Paul's definitely one of my personal gaming heroes, and if you've never checked out the original Dark Tower, please do - I've never had a bad time in that module. (I mean, of course I've had characters die on both sides of the screen, but it's fun!)
Jaquays-related articles, art, tribute essays, etc. will be gladly accepted and given special consideration for this issue.

Also, if you're a PJ aficionado, and you find a quotation in an old issue of Dungeoneer or one of his adventures that seems to express a Fight On!-relevant philosophy of gaming or fantasy, send it on to me for the first page. Thanks!

Yes, and he's sent us a picture - we're good to go. Also Allen Varney and Ciro Sacco have given us permission to use their recent interviews of him, so we have some relevant content. Very cool!

Paul Jaquays, indeed. Dark Tower dominated my sophomore year in high school. Survivor's quote: "Beware the cloth wrapped horrors!!!'
I am very happy to have contributed some NPCs to issue #9. It is good to be part of that which honors too the celestial (because gods war here) JG adventure writer of old.

Paul's a great guy, and I was tickled that he played in my Castle Greyhawk event last year at North TX RPG Con (and is returning again this year, too).
