I'm preparing a Carcosa game for a convention that's happening right here in South Korea toward the end of November.
So I'm trying to make my own mega-dungeon. My idea here is that warriors from each of the thirteen races of man have gathered in one valley to fight over some kind of treasure. They've been fighting to a standstill for four years and are now locked in a MAD situation where none of the tribes can make a move without killing everybody.
The black men control a single missile capable of turning the entire valley into glass. The jale men have a ritual that can wake up a Great Old One slumbering beneath the valley. The yellow men control the only source of clean water in the entire valley. They have threatened to poison the water supply if their defeat becomes imminent. All the other tribes have sworn a non-aggression pact with them in exchange for water. The red men aren't there for the prize; they're there as arms dealers. The dolm men can open the psychic maelstrom and kill every sentient being in the area with a thought. The bone men are a thorn in everybody's side. They lurk in the darkness and occasionally slide out from the shadows to feather someone with poisoned arrows or strangle someone with a silken knot.
I want to give every tribe a doomsday scenario. Can you suggest some other methods the races of man might use to kill themselves?
*edit* Or should I just save myself the hard work and use an existing module?

A race has discovered a method that will quickly release lava from vents at the base of the western wall of the valley. This release would be explosive, quickly filling the air with poisonous gas and ash, and filling the valley with red-hot (Dr. Evil scare quotes) MAGma!

A 20 ton juggernaut has been discovered. If released, anyone looking at will feel compelled to throw themselves beneath its spiked rollers. The chaos-tinged device moves twice as fast as an unarmed, unencumbered human and will automatically seek out the nearest group of humans to crush.

An elder relic is discovered. It's been determined it hold the souls of 1,000 tortured (x-colored) men who, when released, will sweep through the valley. The touch of these grim reapers will drain the life of any human, converting them into new grim reapers. The reapers will not leave the confines of the valley, nor will they die or move on to the next plane of existence ... the valley will forever remain a cursed place of death.

There is an ancient alien nano-virus residing in the dust of the valley. Everyone has been exposed to it by now. The White men have a transmitter that will activate it. The Blue men have several barrels of the antidote (an otherwise toxic chemical).

Thanks guys! I'll be sure to share my dungeon crawl with the rest of you once I have it all mapped out.
A few more ideas:
The orange men have the power to call dinosaurs. Their weapon of last resort is a giant mutated dinosaur named Kaiju.
The whole valley is surrounded by tall sheer cliffs. There used to be two ways in and out of the valley. One of those paths is now blocked. Now the only way out is through a narrow fissure controlled by the green men. They have the means to bring down an avalanche to seal the passage and crush everything nearby.
One of the races has a container full of radioactive material and have threatened to disperse it.

There is a death ray satellite stationed over the valley. One race has the secret code to activate it. There is also a mind control device in the center of the valley that if turned on will cause people to insanely attack anyone nearby. A different race has access to that. A few people (of other races) know that if both are activated, they will cancel each other out. (Maybe across the entire valley or in certain spots where their frequencies mesh.)

I also think it would be neat if there were some sort of domino effect were in place where killing off one tribe would set off a chain reaction. Though the tribes are ultimately trying to destroy one another, the harsh conditions of the region have made them interdependent on one another.
The yellow men have a monopoly on potable water, but in order to defend it they have had to give up their hunter-gatherer lifestyle. Now they depend on trade with other tribes in order to obtain food. That other tribe is in turn dependent on yet another tribe for survival.
This can't go on forever though. I just rolled up the yellow tribe. There's 104 of them. Their section of the dungeon is over-populated. Maybe every tribe has a straw. Which one will break the camel's back?
*edit* Here's the yellow men's part of the dungeon by the way. I'm going to make each tribe's section separate then composite them all together.
