The tower stands in a clearing, so most of the ruins lie almost a 100 yards away (barely within bow range). The movement was off to the northeast.
From his high vantage point Iseul spots the rogue camel, moving at a leisurely pace northward. It's about 300 yards from you and is definitely not being led by anyone.

When nothing happens with the skull, Romeo becomes impatient. "Hadi, find out what's taking them so long. Jacques, secure this room---Nestor, you come with me." Sheathing his sword and unlimbering his mace, he grabs a torch and heads toward the doorway in the western wall.
OOC: Romeo's plan is to see what's through the door. He won't go too far. Probably.

On the surface
Rollo sees no signs of water, the place is dry as sandpaper.
OOC: Who's going with Seamus to retrieve Caesar?
Down below
The doorway on the west side opens into a small chamber, 30' wide and 20' deep, with the entrance in the middle. There are some remains of crumbled furniture along the walls and a stone stairway to the second floor, in the northwestern corner of the room.

"There is less water here than happyness in the hearth of a ghost, folks. Let's come back in the tower, we got more chance to find some old pond...", suggest Rollo on a suddenly pessimistic tone.

Nestor cautiously enters the chamber with his torch held high and sword at the ready. He eyes the broken remains of furniture suspiciously, looking for any sign of movement.
"Could be vermin lurking in here Romeo, one never knows. Stairs are a good sign however. Perhaps they lead to richer pickings...or more sand."
OOC: Anyone know why my number of posts isn't increasing? Not a big deal but I hope to not be a Flunky some day.

In the absence of evident danger, Jochi will climb the rest of the way down, strap his lance over his shoulder, string his bow, and follow Seamus at a wary (one might even say cowardly) distance.
