I looked at it and the first thing I wanted to do was copy it into Word and start my own layout. I am one sick puppy.

The content looks pretty good, at a first skim. I'll need to read more to see what has evolved.

Thanks, I had already found the newer link at the official forums. :)

One suggestion, if it isn't too big of a hassle at this point, is there any way you can arrange it so the odd numbered pages appear on the right when viewing the PDF with the Adobe Acrobat "view pages side-by-side" option on? That way it will display onscreen just as it would if you were holding the book open, with facing pages in the correct place.

Edit: I see the PDF is up, so guess not.
