Brum will look for a group of spiders aswell and if he can throw his flask of oil without endangering his friends he will.

Okay, there are between 15 and 20 spiders in the room, mostly on the ceilings and walls. I would say a flask of oil could probably get one or two of them, as they are fairly spaced out.

Clutching his belladonna in his shield-hand, Renardo begins to swing his morning star at any approaching spiders. If no spiders are immediately threatening, he will approach the sleeping men and begin braining them before they wake up! "Vile verminous villains!"

With that, Valandil will draw his sword and run through as many were-spiders as he can in a round.

Jaako will come in cautiously, behind the front line of warriors, looking for stragglers to pick off with his blades. He will keep open space behind him at all times if possible, and will definitely look up and check the ceiling, shouting out warnings if anything's up there.

(OOC: The magic effects in this game are nothing short of wonderful. Good work on the descriptions, all!)

Ozmar, Carlo, Valandil and Sebastian all rush into the room, and each kills a sleeping were, leaving four of the original 8 left. Brumbar watches from the entrance, looking for an opportunity, while Moziah guards his back as he watches the corridor back down from where you came. As the spiders swarm down the walls and toward the party, Renardo and Jaako each engage a nearby spider, scoring glancing blows on them. A spider has positioned itself above each of the four lycanthrope slayers, and they drop on their heads, but miraculously - they all miss!! In fact, the one trying to drop on Ozmar has stunned itself, and the one attacking Jaako seems to have lost heart! Still, the party is in a precarious situation!

What do you do?

"Finish the were-spiders and then withdraw the way we came!" urges Brother Ozmar. He will smash in another were-spider head with his magic flail and then withdraw back to the tunnel the party came from.

Just for clarification- do the spiders on the wall look like the smaller poisonous spiders we've encountered before, the giant spiders the were-spiders turn into, or something else?

The spiders in the room come in all sizes from dinner plate size to larger than a dog, but none look like the terrifying were-variety

Almost shrieking, Valandil blurts out, "Strike down their masters!! Perhaps they will lose heart!"

With that, nearly overcome with blood frenzy, Valandil will slay another sleeping were-spider, or two!, if he can manage.
