I guess Hargor's sword is available for someone else to try... Or at least if Yhency is indeed able to drop the sword.

What alignment was Yhency? Not that Gallaine needs another sword, but so someone else doesn't get zapped.

Kell will take up the shield and see if he gets zapped. If he does, he probably won't try the helmet...if he doesn't, then he will.

He likes his Rapier

. Plus he likes to stay out of hand-to-hand combat whenever possible, the sword is better going to someone who will use it more often. He'd rather wait for a more 'magic-user'-y magic item, something that has more use outside of combat.

At this point, I guess Gallaine (or maybe Indigo if it's actually a Chaotic sword) is next.

If it's a Neutral sword and Gallaine doesn't want it, we could give it to Zarano so he can guard the tower better...

GOING WITH THIS UNLESS ANY LAST MINUTE CHANGES

Chaotic Magic Sword (Indigo)
Floating Magic Sword (Yhency)
Hargor's Magic Sword (Not Lawful - unassigned)
Hargor's Magic Armor (Carrington)
Hargor's Magic Shield (Kell)
Hargor's Magic Ring (Patronus)
Hargor's Magic Helmet (Kell)

William, Gallaine, Flandil, and Jariel did not get magic items this round. Typically we divide the cash amonst those who did not get magic items. If each of those 4 wanted a warhorse, we could also give each a 150 gp share (600/4 - assuming gold was 467 + Hargor's 200, share would be 150 if Hargor's 200 was included in the 467) with 27 gp to go for miscellaneous party expenses (not sure how tight we're tracking supplies).

If this is cool with everyone, Jariel will grant his warhorse pick to Garfund as his share of treasure, and pay 100 gold to Thom's heirs, retaining 50 gold for himself for expenses.

Carrington, Flandil - hire 1 man each
Flandil ->Highdly, Carrington -> Jerome.

The shield and armor are both the standard +1 enchantment. The ring seems to also project the same defensive enchantment. It is not obvious what enchantment is on the helmet, but none of the items are cursed
