"One last hot meal and a 'clean' bed before we head out is my vote. And a couple of pints of rustic brew might be pleasant as well. We may learn of any other groups that have passed this way."
"Sounds like a fine plan!" Kell says pulling on his beard and smiling.

Flandil shrugs and goes along with the plan. The inn is likely just as clean as camping out in the wilderness, but at least here the dangers may be more predictable, in the form cutpurses, burglars, and other rogues.

Well, if we have nobody chaotic in the party, Yhency will try to recruit a new thief henchman at the inn to take advantage of it. Yhency will do his best to pick someone out who is (a) seems chaotic (b) seems trustworthy nonetheless (c) willing to follow Yhency. "Together with our two magical swords, we'll be invincible!"

The inn's stable and courtyard is quite crowded once your menagerie is added, as a trade caravan is also stopped there for the night.
You head inside and the proprietor, Angry Mortensen, a big, tough-looking guy in his mid-40's, tells you that suites are 7 gp (sleep 4), private rooms are 3 gp (sleep 2) and common room is 6 silver pieces. Stabling is 1 sp each animal. His wife hangs over his shoulder, quite a bit younger, but small and scared of her shadow.

Flandil insists on the best available, and will pay a premium. Otherwise he'll have to settle for a simple suite for himself if such are available with a separate lounge room and bedroom? (7gp) Specifically he insists on clean bedding, free of pests and vermin, and a door which he is able to bar shut. He also pays over 1gp for stabling, insisting that his elite courser, Ealandarill, have the best stable, best fodder, and personalised attention.
EDIT: He also wishes to hire a boy as his personal page during his stay, he will pay 1gp.

He has 4 suites and 12 private rooms, but 1 suite and 1 private room are taken up by the caravan, leaving 3 and 11. Looks like Jariel + henchmen want a suite, and Flandil wants a suite.

Presumably Gallaine has ridden Nanheril (her bay mare).
If she is pleased with the work of, and the general appearance of her groom/stable-boy from the Galloping Goblin in Verbosh, Gallaine will offer him further employment for the as many gold pieces per week as he normally gets in silver.
What is his name? If she is thus pleased, she will also equip him with a new set of clothes, hiking boots, a week's trail rations, water skin and bedroll for the trip.
She will also restock her own supplies and wine skin before setting off, as well as a good supply of fresh feed for Nanheril.
How much does all that cost?
After arriving at Halfway, Gallaine will take a private room. If she has taken on the groom as a hireling, he can see to Nanheril's needs. If not, she will seek another groom at Halfway as a matter of priority.

William and his men will go with the common room option, since they're used to sleeping in rough conditions. Still, it's indoors. They can each keep watch for a two-hour shift, just to be sure nothing funny happens.
But they'll get the best food possible. And beer all around.

Kell, asks if he can join William and his men in the common room, offering to stand a watch with the others if needed. He'll pay the coin for the use of the common room and stabling his horse and cart.
Kell will drink ale and buy rounds for his companions, if they are interested, and for any or the other travelers if they share information about conditions along the roads. He will also pay for, and greatly enjoy, a large meal as it might be the last good, hot, meal he'll get for quite a while.

Yhency gets a private room for him and his two henchmen. He enjoys Kell's offer of ale, and looks around for a worthy new henchman in the crowd.

Okay, lots of stuff to do here Ale is 5 copper per tankard
Kell - spends 6 silver for the night, 1 silver for his horse and spends 8 silver on a round of drinks for all plus the man in the corner (who we will get to in a second) Yhency - spends 3 gold for a private room and 3 silver for stabling William - spends 30 silver on bedding for him and his men and 3 silver on stabling Flandil - spends 7 gold on a suite, 1 gold on premium stabling and 1 gp on a servant boy (the innkeeper's 14-yr-old son) Patronus - spends 3 gold on a private room and 1 silver on stabling Jariel spends 7 gold on a suite for him and his men and 5 silver for stabling Gallaine - spends 3 gold on a private room and 1 silver on stabling She is happy with Garret, the stable boy, who was making 2 silver per week, and he agrees to stay on for 2 gold per week. She will need to visit the seamstress and cobbler in town to outfit Garrett, and for all other items she should check thet Haughty Sabre Provisioner
The man in the corner is a slim, slightly swarthy man with a dashing moustache. He wears leather armor and carries a well-cared for rapier. He thanks you for the drink, and introduces himself as Indigo Montana, sword smith. He says he is a travelling sword smith, still learning his craft. He is headed to Verbosh to either get some work, then open up his own shop when he can scrape up enough cash. In answer to the trail, he says most of the area is farmland, and relatively safe, although there are rumors of wolves, and occasionally raiding orcs. The goblin track is pretty safe until it skirts the Death Woods, then all bets are off.
He looks to be handy in a fight, a bit hard up, and you get the sense that his morals are malleable. He seems like an answer to Yhency's prayers
