If everyone is spending the night here, spellcasters can regain their spells and anyone who was injured can bind their wounds, as per the rules I posted. Please post here to let me know if you've changed your spell selection and what your hit point totals will be after binding wounds.

Honest John isn't really tired. For the hours the others are sleeping studying and healing, he will be exploring the rooms that we've visited, scavenging for anything interesting. It would be a stretch to say he's "on patrol" but he's alert.

If we had the opportunity to study out of each other's books, I'd like to add Magic Missile to my book (assuming somebody has it in their book) and make it my current active spell. Otherwise, I will just go ahead and have Sleep.

I'll give you all a little more time to organize things, just in case anyone else has ideas of how to proceed. Otherwise, I'm assuming you will be resting for 8 hours, with 2-hour watch rosters to alert the group to anything that might happen while you're asleep.
