My Gary Con IV events so far:
HYPERBOREA - Rats in the Walls System: Astonishing Swordsmen & Sorcerers of Hyperborea Referee: Jeff Talanian Players: 3-8 Levels: 1-3 (Pre-generated characters to be supplied.) Adventure Description: In the City-State of Khromarium, a dockside tavern is plagued with rats of a most unusual breed. These abominable rodents have ruined the tavern keeper’s business and his life. The man is desperate, and he offers a substantial reward for the elimination of his horrific problem.
HYPERBOREA - Ghost Ship of the Desert Dunes System: Astonishing Swordsmen & Sorcerers of Hyperborea Referee: Jeff Talanian Players: 3-8 Levels: 1-3 (Pre-generated characters to be supplied.) Adventure Description: In the depths of the Diamond Desert lie the skeletal remains of Ymir's Serpent, a legendary Viking longship. In days of yore, Sigtrygg Forkbeard led his company upriver, into the desert's hostile heart. They unearthed a lost mine brimming with red diamonds, but as the Serpent made its return, the river went dry and the ship was swallowed by the dunes. Forkbeard and company were never to be seen again, but tales of the desert ghost ship persist. Presently, an elderly magician has devised "irrefutable means" to locate the wreck and reap its treasure trove, but he requires able-bodied assistance.
HYPERBOREA - Taken From Dunwich System: Astonishing Swordsmen & Sorcerers of Hyperborea Referee: Jeff Talanian Players: 3-8 Levels: 4-6 (Pre-generated characters to be supplied.) Adventure Description: On an inclement night, the Keltic village of Dunwich was assailed by degenerate beast-men wearing strange, glowing headbands. They killed several villagers and abducted several more before returning to their lair sequestered within the soaring peaks of the Spiral Mountain Array. Now, local druids offer land and title for proper resolution to this tragedy.

Astonishing Swordsmen & Sorcerers of Hyperborea is a role-playing game of swords, sorcery, and weird-fantasy designed by Jeffrey Talanian (Castle Zagyg, Charnel Crypt of the Sightless Serpent) and illustrated by Ian Baggley (Charnel Crypt of the Sightless Serpent). It is fully developed and currently being edited. Plans are on schedule for a Gary Con IV release.

Jeffrey -- those sound like really cool games. I'm not sure if I'm going to GaryCon or not, but if I do I need to either play one or sit in on one of these! Any thought about turning your notes into AS&SH modules somewhere along the line?

Hello Marv,
Yes! Already Rats in the Walls is published in Knockspell #4, and the intent is to publish Taken From Dunwich in early 2012. Ghost Ship of the Desert Dunes is still in early development, so that will likely be later in the year, but I will reun the adventure at various cons until then. Thanks for asking!
Cheers, Jeff T.
