I've found today, on another forum this nice link where you can download B2 map with a "new look" and in different formats (from LoRes to poster).
I ignore if someone has already talked about it or not, so sorry in that case.

@Azafuse, thanks for posting. Those look great. Shouldn't the player's map only show the cave openings, though?

While we are talking about B2 & maps, last week I mused about combining the DMG Sample Dungeon with B2 (based on similar geography/flora), and updated the original B2 Wilderness Map to add the "seldom used road" to the ruined monastery:
