Guntrum breaks the silence, "Well, that'll be a right job to board up now then. Do we check the other door or go down this here passage? Oh, and best not be forgetting that Mountain Heart on the floor, Master Dwarf, eh?" he adds.

"Highbough, if you would be so kind as to light my way, I think we should wander a little further. At least this passage appears somewhat slender to admit more of our...giant pottery friends", says Gustave, tentatively advancing into the tunnel.

"Ye don't have ta worry 'bout that, my friend. I suspect this is a treasure more valuable than anything else we'll find down here."
Dorgan will turn to Olaf and say, "Splittin' up the party ain't been such a good idea fer us in the past. Mebbe we should go with 'em if they keep moving?"

Dorgan was wavering once Gustave headed out, but now that he sees Josiane leave with the group, his mind is made up.
"Olaf, you should come, too," he calls out over his shoulder but the dwarf is not waiting to see if Olaf stays or goes.
"Anyone got a pack I can put this in?" Dorgan's hands are full with the Marrowstone and he'd feel much more comfortable not having to drop it if he needs to draw a weapon.

Josiane will be happy to carry the stone in her backpack should Dorgan wish it.
She will also linger anxiously at the mouth of the passage until all the party have passed through. No-one should be left alone down here. The loss of Sir Pelenwin and Wibert grieves her still.

Very well.
Gustave cautiously leads the company down the passage.
Desmond and Guntrum follow, then Highbough is next with his lantern, followed by Ulric.
Dorgan, Josiane, Dieter and Olaf are still in the main basement with the looming, steel skeletal model, as the light begins to dim substantially (Ulric and Highbough having the lanterns).

Gustave edges his way down the passage. It is all quiet and rather claustrophobic after the wide open space of the basement, but in truth it is a 5ft wide and 6ft tall passage way which appears soundly built of smooth stone flags.
Some 30ft in, Gustave nears the T intersection, where he will shortly be able to turn either left or right. Directly ahead, he spies an empty torch scone upon the opposite wall.
The company are rustling along behind him in the passageway.

Highbough sees the empty torch sconce and thinks "secret door." He can't help it--he's an Elf! Once the party has secured the T intersection (with the help of his lantern light) he will use his keen Elf-senses to check for secret doors. (Someone else should be checking the area for traps simultaneously.)
