Crown is a go. Thanks Kris!

You are the third person to ask for the scorpion man, however! Will get back to you on that...might be too late. I think we need more scorpion man coverage given the enthusiasm over this!

Well, let me know what you decide about the scorp-guy. I'll take the pit trap illo too, if that's all right.

We're set on the scorps, but the crown and pit are yours. Thanks KK!

I think I will solicit another scorpion man article for #15 to satisfy those who missed this time around though!

A question, Calithena: to what address should I send the file? Also, do you have a preferred file format for art submissions? I'm done the iron crown and would like to send it along so that you may suggest any necessary changes.

Best,

Kris

Ooh! New requests! I'll take the 'soothsayer/crystal ball' and the 'ebony skull staff' subjects (if somebody else hasn't claimed them already).

I might take a go at that Automata. What kind though, is it gonna be a toy or a full-size person? Horse, dragon, human or something in between?

Hi, Sherrypie!

That illustration is for some cool tables to make unique/distinctive golems, robots, living statues, and the like. So with golems for example you could do say a six-armed clockwork iron golem, or a wheeled stone golem with a built-in cannon, etc. Or a robot with a reflective surface and a medusa-head revealed by opening a hatch in its chest. Basically you can get creative with it. If you drop Ignatius an email at iggyumlaut at google mail etc. he can send you the tables, if that helps. Thanks for your interest!

If it's not too late, I'd be happy to contribute a couple of illos this time around. How about:

The Seaweed Colossus
A jungle scene with Jungle Elves and Lizardmen

What are your preferred dimensions for these or can it be wtvr I choose?
Also, do we have a deadline for these? Is one week fine?

I'll send them to your email as tifs when they're finished.

Thanks scadgrad! They are yours, I'll mark them off. A week should be more than fine, I am grading tons of papers for my regular job and there is lots of layout left to do...

Layout is cruising along, but I'm wondering if there is any more volunteer help...I'll need to start the arm-twisting if not. :)

Alright then, I guess I might as well get my claws dirty with some blood so mark me the PC's dishing it away with some fairies. Also the monks, so we'll get on with this.

What's the deadline for this stuff aka when is the issue supposed to be out? I really must, to my great sorrow, acknowledge reality and give up on the monk-pic at least for a month because of entrance exams and give someone else a go at it unless there is more time remaining.

The issue will be out in the next couple of weeks. I am sorry you couldn't get to it, no prob though, thanks for what you have done! It is crunch time now so if anyone is still mulling over jumping in, please consider it...individual arm-twisting coming shortly....

You artists are wonderful!
